Do I need all four steps?
No. Plenty of businesses only need a good website. We'll tell you honestly which step fits, and you can move up later without starting again.
I already use a calendar and a few apps. Do I have to change everything?
No. We start from how you already work and build around it. The point is less admin for you, not a new system to learn.
Do you only work in Sydney?
No. If you're in Sydney, we'll usually meet you face to face for the first conversation. Anywhere else in Australia, we start with a video call, and everything after that works over the phone, video and email.
Is the app on Android too?
Apps are built for iPhone. If you or your team use Android, mention it when you get in touch and we'll talk through the options.
What happens to my website and data if I leave?
Your business information and customer records are yours. If you ever move on, we hand them over. The details are in the written agreement you get before any work starts.
I already have a website. Can you work with it?
Yes. We'll reuse what's worth keeping, rebuild it properly, and make sure your old address still points to the new site.
